Collaborative Practice

The Collaborative Practice process is built on the belief that preserving relationships and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes should be the foundation of conflict resolution. We specialise in providing forward-thinking solutions that prioritise cooperation over confrontation. Through a respectful, team-based approach, we help clients and their lawyers reach agreements that work for everyone involved, without going to Court.

What is Collaborative Practice?

Our dispute resolution panel is at the heart of our services, bringing together a team of skilled professionals dedicated to facilitating peaceful and amicable outcomes. This panel includes dispute resolution specialists who guide clients through a structured, non-adversarial process grounded in interest-based negotiation to resolve disputes without going to Court

Rather than escalating matters through litigation, Collaborative Practice process brings all parties and their lawyers together to reach mutually agreeable outcomes. With open communication, transparency, and support from our panel, we help ensure that the final agreement is not only fair but also sustainable in the long term. The result is a faster, more cost-effective process that preserves relationships and promotes long-lasting resolution.

How Collaborative Practice works

Our process is designed to be confidential, transparent and collaborative.

We begin by meeting each client individually to understand all perspectives and needs.

We work with you and your lawyer to build an interdisciplinary team, including subject matter experts, to examine the dispute and work collaboratively on a mutually beneficial solution.

All parties work collaboratively towards a solution together, across a series of meetings with the end goal of participants feeling heard, supported and that their dispute has been resolved satisfactorily in a confidential environment.

What are the benefits of Collaborative practice?

When you choose a Collaborative Practice process, you’re choosing a smarter, more efficient and amicable way to resolve conflict. Our process is designed to ease the emotional and financial toll of disputes, minimising stress, avoiding Court, and helping you move forward with clarity, dignity, and confidence.

You’ll be supported by a specialist dispute resolution team that understands the nuances of conflict management and effective communication and are committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients. With a focus on empathy, transparency, and practical solutions, we help you reach fair, respectful resolutions that preserve relationships and protect what matters most.
